Tomáš Richter
Je Of Counsel v kanceláři Clifford Chance LLP v Praze (od roku 2006) a externí vyučující na Institutu ekonomických studií Fakulty sociálních věd Univerzity Karlovy (od roku 2002). Advokátem je od roku 1998, kromě Prahy praktikoval krátce v Londýně a Frankfurtu nad Mohanem. V letech 2011 až 2014 byl profesorem na nizozemské Radboud University Nijmegen, kde byl držitelem Chair in Cross-Border Corporate Insolvency Law.
Je předsedou Akademického fóra INSOL Europe, členem správní rady International Insolvency Institute, členem Conference of European Restructuring and Insolvency Law, členem české pobočky Turnaround Management Association, členem vědecké rady Centra restrukturalizace a insolvence Harryho Pollaka na VŠE v Praze, a členem skupiny privátních expertů, s nimiž Evropská komise konzultuje své legislativní návrhy v oblasti insolvence a restrukturalizace.
He is Of Counsel in the Clifford Chance LLP office in Prague (since 2006) and an external lecturer at the Institute of Economic Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University (since 2002). He has been a lawyer since 1998, in addition to Prague, he worked in London and Frankfurt am Main. From 2011 to 2014, he was a professor at Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands, where he held the Chair in Cross-Border Corporate Insolvency Law.
He is the chairman of the INSOL Europe Academic Forum, a member of the board of the International Insolvency Institute, a member of the Conference of European Restructuring and Insolvency Law, a member of the Czech branch of the Turnaround Management Association, a member of the scientific board of the Harry Pollak Restructuring and Insolvency Center at the University of Economics in Prague, with which the European Commission consults its legislative proposals in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
