For women, the decline in labour market participation is more gradual but at similar levels. GRAPH 3.4 Retirement and Average Daily Activities The same pattern emerges from the share of men and women who work and do not suffer from any ADL limitations in graph 3.5. For Nordic countries, there is a gradual decline from 80% around age 60 to 20% at age 70-74. In all other countries, including the Czech Republic, there is a sudden drop in labour market participation around the statutory retirement age.
